私は修験道の影響を受けた作品を制作しています。

幼い頃は原因不明の足の病気のため、１日中絵を描いて過ごしました。描き続けていると、不思議なことに足は回復していきました。そこで精神と肉体は連動していることに気づき、それから修験道に興味を持ちました。修験道とは仏教（特に密教）、道教、神道などが習合して成立した日本独自の宗教です。特徴としては各地の霊山など、大自然の中で滝行や瞑想をすることで真理を学びます。真理とは正しい生き方ともいえます。

修験道には法螺貝を吹く修行があります。法螺貝の音は煩悩を消し去り、魔を退ける効果があるとされています。実際に法螺貝を吹くと、その音は周囲との周波数を調和させ、光のイメージが浮かぶようになりました。

私の作品は全て、そうした音に基づいたイメージがキャンバスに投影されています。また作品のタイトルは、その時に得た真理の言葉が反映されています。私は作品を通じて、鑑賞者の魂と繋がっていくことが何より嬉しいです。

My artworks are inspired and influenced durling Shugendo. *Shugendo what an ancient Japanese spiritual practice.

In my childhood, I suffered from an unexplained illness that affected my legs, and I spent my days drawing. Surprisingly, the more I drew, the more my legs began to heal. This experience led me to realize the connection between the mind and the body, sparking my interest in Shugendo. Shugendo is a unique Japanese religion that emerged from the syncritism of Buddhism (particularly Esoteric Buddhism), Taoism, and Shinto. It is characterized by practices conducted in sacred mountains and natural surroundings, such as waterfall meditation and spiritual reflection, aimed at uncovering the ultimate truth. This “truth” can also be described as the path to living a righteous life.

One of the practices in Shugendo involves blowing a conch shell (horagai). The sound of the conch is believed to dispel worldly desires and ward off evil spirits. When I actually began blowing the conch, I discovered that its sound harmonizes with the frequencies of the surrounding environment and evokes visions of light.

All my artworks are visual representations of these sound-inspired visions, projected onto the canvas. The titles of my works reflect the insights or truths I discovered in the process. It brings me immense joy to connect with the souls of viewers through my art.
